At Deccan, we focus on innovation, which continues to remains our core strength. More than 1/4th of our turnover is spent on new product development and research every year. We have a strong R&D set up at the Info Institute of Engineering, a Technical Centre for Deccan, where more than 2000 highly qualified mechanical /material/electrical engineers specialized in their own field, work on new developments and products, as a part of their study. We also have a dedicated R&D centre on campus with more than 90 people working in it. The R&D personnel are highly qualified with doctorates and Ph.Ds in their own field and include specialists in the material/mechanical/electrical segments.
